The Terms & Condition Pro App is designed to Show terms & conditions Checkbox on your cart, product page.
This Privacy Policy underlines what personal and business information is collected from the store owners and how it is used and shared when they install or start using the app on the Product page and cart page of their Shopify store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you download and install the App, we are automatically able to access information about your IP address, internet browser, your internet service provider and other cookies already existing on your device. We also get access to some other specific information from your Shopify account:
- Theme & Theme Assets Used on Your Store
- Products & Collections on Your Store
- Read and write script tags on your store’s theme template files
- Store information (Store URL, store ID, business name, store owner’s email ID, theme ID)
- Web hook (app install / uninstall)
After you have installed the app and started using it, we gather your personal details from you which includes your name, your store’s name, phone number, email address, billing details, address, Shopify payment gateway information, app package selected and the details of others who, on your behalf, may have access to the app through your store.
We collect general information on how you interact with the app. We do not collect, process or store any personal data of the customers or visitors on your Shopify store.
How do we use this information?
We collect, process and use this information only to provide you with the best of our app-related services; help you operate the app seamlessly to make the most of your store with our app; optimize & improve our app and understand which of the premium features are used the most. This information we collect is also used to send you our newsletter and details regarding our other services, promotions, tips, guides or news and other advertising and marketing communications that may be of interest to you and your company.
Moreover, we also share your data for fraud detection purposes such as the ones arising due to virus or other malware on your IP address and to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or to otherwise protect our rights. We ensure that your information is kept safe and confidential with us.
Data Retention
When you install the app, we will retain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. In the case of you unsubscribing our app, all your personal and business data is deleted from our records.
